Message

We are building novel therapeutics for neurodegenerative diseases that currently have no cure.

We start with ALS. It is fatal, and it advances rapidly - for most people, within a few years of diagnosis, often taking away the ability to walk, to speak, and, ultimately, to breathe on their own.. About nine in ten cases are sporadic - no family history, no single causal gene to target. The field has made real progress against ALS, yet for the sporadic majority, today's treatments can slow the disease, but cannot halt it.

We are approaching ALS from a different angle. We go after a mechanism at the root of neurodegeneration itself, with our proprietary technology designed to restore intrinsic cellular function. And the mechanism is not specific to ALS. If this works, it should not stop at one disease. ALS is our first indication, not our last.

Patients do not have time to wait. Neither do we. Our mission is to get these therapies to them as fast as the science allows.
